light also travels, but mostly moves in two dimensions: horizontally and vertically.
Vertical light brings useful information to the human eye, enabling us to see
colours and contrasts, while horizontal light simply creates optical noise or
glare. Where light strikes a non-metallic surface such as water, it often reflects
primarily in a horizontal plane. This creates a high concentration of glare,
which can be selectively blocked only by a good quality-polarising filter. Polarising
lenses selectively filter out the horizontal light, thus eliminating glare.

on the brass pump assembly fills the upper pan with a measured amount of liquid
for moistening. Surplus liquid drains safely back into reservoir. The perforated

'JUSTRITE' Safety Drum Funnels from US

Safety Drum Funnel keeps your workplace clean, safe and in compliance with environmental
protection and health and safety regulations. Funnel complies with US EPA and
OSHA regulations and is TÜV Certified and FM Approved. A wide-mouth funnel
is a must when transferring liquids into the relatively small
51-mm bung on a 110 or 200 litre drum. Heavy 1 mm galvanised steel with electrostatically
applied epoxy powder coat paint provides durability and chemical resistance.
Funnel accepts a lock (not included) to prevent unauthorised access. Intended
for use with flammables, this funnel is fitted with a brass flame arrester that
absorbs and dissipates heat, preventing any external ignition source (such as
sparks from power tools, static electricity or cigarettes) from reaching the
drum's flammable contents. Self-closing cover features a fusible link that melts
at 74ºC. The cover then automatically shuts in case of a fire to extinguish
flames.

and clips can be removed for easy repositioning. In applications calling for
a continuous sump, optional Sump-to-Sump Drain Kit, (including joining clips
and transfer tube) allows you to join centres together, on-site, for full compliance
with regulations when combined sump capacities reach 250 litres.
