Roche
signs Tamiflu sub-licensing agreement
Roche has identified twelve potential partners whose addition
to Roche's global Tamiflu supply network would enhance available
supply. These potential partners will be invited for further
in-depth negotiations.
BSV
gets US patent for its Amphotericin B formulation
Bharat Serums and Vaccines (BSV) received a US patent for
Amphotericin B Emulsion, which is a novel formulation of Amphotericin
B in emulsion formulation. All the excipeints used for this
formulation are USFDA approved for injectable formulations.
Lupin
receives USFDA approval for Cefprozil suspension
Lupin announced that it has received USFDA approval for its
ANDA for Cefprozil Oral Suspension, 125 mg/5 ml and 250 mg/5
ml. Cefprozil is the generic equivalent of Bristol Myers Squibb's
Cefzil.
