Silicone extruded door gaskets
 The
silicone extruded door gaskets are available in more than 1000 different shapes
and designs. The Extruded Door gaskets (autoclavable) gaskets are made from
food-pharma grade pure silicone rubber which can easily withstands a temperature
range of -80° C to 250° C.
The extruded gaskets are available in square cross sections
like 6mm x 6 mm, 8mm x 8mm, 10mm x 10 mm, 20mm x 20mm, 25mm x 25mm etc etc..with
OR without hole. These gaskets are available in red, white, orange or any colour
as per customer’s requirement.

Post Forming Machine

Post Forming Machine is the innovation of research and latest state of the art
technology in the concept of modular furniture viz. kitchen drawers, wardrobes
shelves, pantry tabletops.
Post forming machines can be installed without any difficulty, easy to operate
and can easily be adjusted for different profiles and sizes. Different profiles
and varied sizes right from 12mm upto 110mm thickness having a range of 2500mm
and 3100mm length.
Pneumatic pressure of 7 bar is minimum required to grip the job. Glue is applied
to the board and laminate sheet either manually or with the help of a spray
gun. After applying the glue and holding the board at a fixed place with the
help of forming bar with mounted on pneumatic cylinders grips the job elements
starts generating the required heat to help the laminated sheet to become flexible
and less brittle to avoid cracking of the sheet while bending around the profiled
shape.
The sliding movement of the forming bar is intermediate, which is electronically
programmed with a timer and synchronised with a thermostat to build the right
amount of heat.
After the auto cycle is complete the forming bar returns to its original position
and ready for the next piece to be loaded.
Optional attachment for internal radius forming and programme logical control
are available.

Turbine Blowers/ Exhausters
 These
blowers consists of a dynamically balanced impeller which revolves in a stator-cum-compression
chamber having very fine clearances between them. The impeller is fitted directly
on to the motor shaft. Both the suction and pressure openings are located on
the outer periphery of the stator to reduce impedence to the air flow thereby
developing vacuum and pressure.
Since the impeller rotates with no contact between itself
and the casing, there is no wear and tear and requires no lubrication .
Applications: Manufacturing of textiles, measuring, medical and laboratory equipment,
printing and paper handling, vacuum packaging, waste water treatment, reprographics
industry, aeration of fluids, pneumatic conveying, plastic industry, industrial

Rotary High Vacuum Pumps
 This
series of vacuum pumps are rotary sliding vane, oil immersed type. The rotor,
stator and end covers are made up of high nickel content cast iron and are machined
to very fine tolerance.
These pumps are ideal for handling dry and clean air. Gas
ballast and belt guard are provided as standard equipment.
