Aluminium Body Cartridges

The aluminium body cartidges are made for blister packaging machine, FFS machines and coding machines. The absorbing material used is Poly Porous in various microns varying from one micron to 25 micron depending on requirement of customers. The absorbing capacity of these cartridges is quite high and the cartridges are hard so the impression is good. Cotton cloth knitted sleeves (covering) are used to avoid direct contract of stereo with roller. The cartridges are made in various ID, OD’s and length depending on the customer requirement. The maxOD can be up to 65 mm, length upto one meter. ID can be adjusted as per requirements.

Spray Balls

The Spray Ball is a simple yet a highly effective device for the internal washing of process and storage tanks. A Spray Ball, powered by the cleaning fluid, generates a high pressure spray to clean every vessel. There is only one moving part and no maintenance whatsoever. No lubricants are necessary which prevents any risk of oil or grease contamination of the product, making the Spray Ball ideally suited for hygienic sensitive applications. Spray Balls are widely accepted for applications in the food, beverages, pharma and chemicals industries, where a fast and through cleaning is essential. These versatile units operate with a wide variety of chemicals and detergents frequently in hostile environments and temperatures upto 120 degree C and water pressure around 208 kg/ cm2. Spray Balls are manufactured from high grade stainless steel AISI 316. End connections can be Tri-clamp or 1 1/2” or BSP threaded or Flanged or Weldable.

Press Coater

Cadpress IV is one of the most advance double-sided high speed tabletting press with pre-compression feature. Its convincing and robust design ensures the highest cGMP standards. Cadmach Press Coater (CPC) is a 20-station rotary tabletting machine for the production of tablet-in-tablet with coated core tablets, double layer tablets and ordinary tablets. It is provided with core less rejection system and mechanical centring device which ensures good bonding and high quality of tablets produced. Provided with a pre-pressure device which consolidates granules and expels entrained air before compression. Easy change-over makes it user-friendly and fast to clean. Pendent (Service Shaft)

The pendent is designed to take mainly electrical cabling, water, steam and gases housed in four segments of the pendent, isolated and independent of each other and to maintain the sterile parameters of a given area. The internals are sealed by means of rubber packing and silicon sealant at the top end after all services are installed. The bottom end is also sealed in a similar manner. This prevents cross contamination. The pendent is so designed, that the bell end can be easily lifted for maintenance purpose as and when required, giving easy access to the internals.

The pendent height can be adjusted by means of special holding clamps grouted on the utility floor. Manufactured of SS 304/ 316 sheets, argon welded, ground, buffed and or electropolished to pharma standard.
