Collating and wrapping machine

The COLWRAP collates cartons of any size and any configuration and then wraps B.O.P.P. film around it, folds the film at the pack ends in envelope type and seals them from three sides by heat sealing to form a multipack. This machine can always be the last machine in a high speed packaging line as the final output of this machine is a sturdy multipack with good aesthetic value and which can be directly loaded into the shippers. Rapid mixer granulator

IEWI offer cGMP Diaphragm Valve to be installed in DM Water or WFI Hot or Cold Loop Systems and can replace conventional "Y" or two Bends and "T" design. The valve is fabricated from SS 304 / 316 duly electropolished to 240 # surface finish and hydro tested to 7 bar. The diaphragm seat is of Silicon or Viton or

EPDM with an option for teflon lining steam sterilizible to 1200 C.

The valve is of sanitary design without dead legs. The process fluid flows to the valve, as demand warrants, the valve is opened providing an uncontaminated sample. The valve is oriented in the vertical position. For horizontal application "T" type GMP valve is recommended.

The 'PRAGATI' Engineering Works offer a Flaker to convert molten Chemical into solid flakes. This is achieved by forming a thin layer of molten product on the outside surface of a rotating drum and causing this to be solidified by spraying cooling water from inside surface of the drum. An adjustable scraper continuously removes the solidified from the drum surface in flake forms.

It can be Mild Steel, Stainless Steel with/without Hard Chrome plating. Normally monoblock for weldable materials. This construction ensure lifelong alignment.

Suction head

The ‘Suction Head’ takes advantage of the strong vacuum force that occurs above the rotor of the mixer Emulsifer. By connecting a tube from this area to a hopper or wand, powders in slurry condition with concentration or liquids are sucked into the high shear zone and are immediately dispersed or emulsified by the high speed rotor/ stator combination.
